Cranberries are awesome. A seriously underrated fruit.

It's a big industry though. The total dollar value of U.S. cranberry production is approximately $292 million.

The sauce has many uses too. From turkey to ice cream topping and everything in between. Put it on pancakes, waffles and even in muesli.

Fresh cranberries are always preferred though, especially when baking. Frozen work well too. And dried cranberries? May as well use raisins. Fresh is best.
