Cranberry Blackberry Cobbler

INGREDIENTS


CRUST

3/4 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 stick of butter (softened)

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup water


FILLING

6 oz of fresh cranberries (1/2 bag)

6 oz of blackberries (fresh or frozen)

1 TBSP cornstarch

1/4 cup of sugar


1/4 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

Add fruit to a small loaf pan with sugar, salt and cornstarch. Mix well.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients with softened butter by hand. dd water and form a dough, again by hand. Press dough to cover fruit mixture in pan.

Leave some room on the sides so the filling can boil out. Also, make sure your loaf pan is deep enough so that the filling doesn't boil over. You might use a cookie sheet underneath if you're not sure.

Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.
